“If a case comes into the public eye, or if such a threat arises, you need to call not only a lawyer but also a communications professional, because the person inside the company starts to see the situation selectively and emotionally, and they need a calm mind from the outside. In media analyses, we see exactly what they are accusing you of, which topic is growing, which channels are escalating it, with what words, tone, and level they are accusing you, and so on,” said Jūratė Stankuvienė, director of the media analysis company Mediaskopas, at the PR Impact event Litigation Communication.
