The results of a 2022 study of Lithuanian residents’ attitudes toward ethnic and religious groups, conducted by “Diversity Development Group,” the Ethnic Research Department of the Institute of Sociology at the Lithuanian Centre for Social Sciences, and “Media4change,” together with media monitoring, showed social cohesion and openness to accepting war refugees from Ukraine, but also revealed concerning trends related to attitudes toward some of Lithuania’s national minorities.
