vz.lt: Artificial intelligence also monitors Lithuanian media

The media monitoring and analysis company “Mediaskopas” has been helped for some time by artificial intelligence – an automatic Lithuanian language recognition system. It has saved thousands of hours of monitoring staff time, or four jobs, and has sped up work processes and the delivery of analyses.

 

“It so happened that, while implementing new technologies, several of our employees went on maternity leave, and when they returned they chose not to work full-time, so no one had to be laid off because of this innovation,” says Jūratė Stankuvienė, director of “Mediaskopas”...
