The head of a Lithuanian company who communicated most effectively in the public sphere in 2025 was Rokas Masiulis, former CEO of Litgrid. Second place in the ranking went to Arvydas Avulis, head of Hanner, and third to Dainius Dundulis, co-owner of the Norfa retail group.
This year, the ranking methodology was recalibrated so that more weight would be given to communication consistency. This made it possible to measure more accurately the role of the executive in the public sphere and distinguish occasional visibility from consistent leadership, the methodological change notes Vilunė Kairienė, the data strategist at the media monitoring and analytics company “Mediaskopas”.
